We will host a resource fair for new students and their families in the afternoon of Sunday, August 21 from Noon – 2:00 PM in the Athletic Complex. Set-up will begin at 11:00 AM. We will provide you with a table and two chairs.

We recommend you bring a department-branded tablecloth if you have one. You may request plain linen in the RSVP form if you do not have a department tablecloth.

In an effort to be more sustainable and mindful of what students and families need from our areas, we ask that you refrain from purchasing and distributing giveaway items, e.g. branded pens, phone wallets.  Handouts, resource guides, and QR codes to key information are most utilized and appreciated by students and families. We anticipate 3,000-3,500 students and families will visit the Resource Fair.

Please let us know if you will be bringing a tablecloth for your table or if you need to request a plain linen tablecloth.
There will be no electricity access for the tables. The contact listed above will not bring any items that depend upon electricity to work.
