Washington University provides many resources to help students achieve their academic goals. The Learning Center and the Writing Center are two such resources. Dr. Jay Sriram, Director of the Learning Center, and Dr. Robert Patterson, Director of the Writing Center and Speaking Studio, will join us for a conversation on academic support and resources. The Learning Center, known as the academic support hub of campus, offers academic mentoring sessions with the goal of teaching students how to study and develop effective study skills. The Writing Center provides writing support at any stage of the writing process from brainstorming and planning to reviewing and revising drafts of any writing.
