Parent & Family Resource Fair RSVP Form

Please fill out this form to reserve your spot at the Parent & Family Resource Fair by Monday, July 26th. As a reminder, this event will take place on Sunday, August 22nd from 12 PM to 1:30 PM on Mudd Field, with check-in at 11 AM. We will provide you with a table and two chairs, and family members will have a bag to collect handouts in as they walk through.

This is a number we can use on the day of the event to reach your contact.
The contact listed above will be bringing a tablecloth and any printed materials with them when they check-in. The First Year Center is unable to provide tablecloths or print any handouts.
There will be no electricity access for the tables. The contact listed above will not bring any items that depend upon electricity to work.
