Dear Class of 2025 & families,
We are excited to announce our dates for move-in and fall welcome.
Move-In Day will take place Saturday, August 21*. You will be assigned a move-in time when your housing assignment is released in early July.
*International students, fall varsity athletics, Beyond Boundaries students, and students in certain named scholar programs (Danforth, Deneb STARS, Ervin, Langsdorf, and Rodriguez) may have an earlier arrival date. Please look for a communication from your program director or coach for more details.

Bear Beginnings: Fall Welcome will take place Sunday, August 22 – Saturday, August 28.
During Fall Welcome, students will engage with both their academic and residential communities.
We hope to offer in-person Parent & Family Orientation experiences on Sunday, August 22 ending no later than 3 p.m. CDT. Final decisions regarding Parent & Family Orientation will be made later in summer following public health safety protocols and guidelines available at that time. Families will receive a “Convocation kit” in the mail so they can participate in our university tradition from home on Saturday, August 28.
Additional details about Fall Welcome will be available on the new students and families websites in July.
